Our CrossFit Group Classes combine high-intensity functional movement with a supportive community atmosphere. Each class is designed to be scalable, catering to all fitness levels and ensuring everyone gets a challenging and effective workout. Our experienced Coaches provide personalized instruction and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall well-being.

Ageless Movement Class

Our Ageless Movement Group Classes are for 60+ retirees, mobility-challenged individuals, or someone who wants to learn about functional movement with a supportive community atmosphere. Each class is designed to be scalable, catering to all fitness levels and ensuring everyone gets a challenging and effective workout. Our experienced Coaches provide personalized instruction and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your overall well-being.

AMP – AGILITY, MINDSET, POWER

This program is for middle schoolers & teenagers who want to move better, improve their mindset and develop power for those dynamic movements, such as, baseball, football, basketball, soccer, & gymnastics.   This class meets Tuesday, Thursday at 4:30-5:15 and on Saturdays at 9am, membership starts at $149.
