At 57 years old, I am stronger, faster, & more powerful at movements than I have ever been. I started 14 months ago, 30 pounds overweight with “bad” knees. I stuck with it by scaling the work outs to fit my strength level. Over time, my muscle mass increased while my excess fat burned off, my knees no longer hurt, I can lift heavier weights, and I am faster than ever.

I have been a member of CrossFit Williamsville for 6 years now. The coaches meet you at the fitness level you are currently at and motivate you to levels you couldn’t have imagined when you started. Every workout is well planned out, safe and to be very honest, stimulating and fun. It’s not unusual to have a few laughs and smiles as you find yourself working harder than you ever could have imagined.
